Interests: I'm so interested in Anime, obsessed even. And I'm a fan of mystery and murder novels (but I, in no way, think of being a murderer, ok?), also of fantasy and romance ones, but I'm currently in for the action. I also enjoy fanfictions, especially of my favorite animes. Music is good - it's quite a natural thing for me. But presently, I've been "hooked" on Fahrenheit or Fei Lun Hai, specifically "Jiro Wang". =)

It's bye-bye, Klappy

I’M NOT DEAD! Seriously – would anyone have thought that I was actually dead?

Anyway, the title says it all. It’s bye-bye, Klappy here in Xanga. I’M SHUTTING MY XANGA(S) DOWN. I haven’t had the time (and interest) in maintaining this joint so I decided to just take it down. I’m also taking down my other websites for good.

No, I won’t be gone from the net completely (heck if I will be). Catch me at http://choko-yuuna.livejournal.com which is, obviously, my new journal AND website. Just take a peek and learn more of it there (please leave a comment while you’re at it). If you have an LJ account, too, well…um…can you add me as your friend? Pretty please! *puppy-dog eyes*

Comment when you’ve read this, ok? That way I’ll know some people still remember me. I’ll really be closing this down too when I get comments (even just one or two) and have finished fixing everything at my LJ.

Sayonara, everyone. It’s been fun here while it lasted, not to mention that I’ve really learned a lot. God bless. ^-^

(Bez: I’ll be waiting for you at LJ!)

Dreadful, Worst...

CS: DaiThis day...is one of the WORST days of my life. -_-# Yesterday, a virus struck my system. I cried out like a little baby when I couldn't access it anymore. Yeah, silly me. But when it comes to my prized possessions, I'll cry a dam if need be. -_- Anyway, I thought all my files were goners already. I brought my notebook to a computer shop just this afternoon, and they did a very good job on recovering my files and cleaning up the system. Yay...yeah, I know I should be celebrating. But I'm not and I can't. The thing is, every thing's back the way it was BUT...I can't use the touchpad anymore. So now I'm reduced to keyboard shortcuts. T-T I'm so unfortunate... And since I cannot use the mouse anymore, I think I'd be having a pretty long hiatus from creating graphics. T-T Waah! And I won't even be able to play Sims! Well, I can, but it will be hard. =_= Sigh...

I already finished the book I was reading. It was really funny and fun. Here goes a little summary: Jimmy Tock's grandfather predicted 5 dreadful days in Jimmy's life before the old man died. He died on the exact time that Jimmy was born to his parents Maddy (an artist who paints animal portraits) and Rudy (a pastry chef) Tock. On that same night, an arealist by the name Nathalie also bore a son to her husband, a clown named Beezo. Unfortunately, Nathalie died in childbirth and Beezo went in rage because of it. The clown took his baby and killed the doctor-in-charge and one of the nurses. Afraid for the safety of his wife and son, Rudy Tock tried to stop Beezo. Fortunately, the mad clown heeded him, and his last words before he left were, "I will never forget you, Rudy Tock." Following that, Jimmy grew up in a town called Snow Village surrounded with love and laughter, with his parents and his grandma Rowena, and with custards and streusels. He became a baker just like his father.

His childhood and teenage lives went by smoothly, but as the first of the dreaded five days approached, he and his whole family grew very weary. It turned out that during that first dreadful date, he was to meet Beezo's son, Punchinello, who was as close to being insane as anyone can get (t'was a shame though, Koontz described him as very handsome: black hair and green eyes; kinda my type XP). He wanted to destroy Snow Village for the absurd belief that "it" took the life of his mother. He killed a librarian and his comrades, all the while planting bombs all over the place (underground, actually) and holding Jimmy hostage with a young lady named Lorrie. At the end of the day, however, Jimmy and Lorrie escaped from Punchinello: Jimmy with two slugs in his leg, and with various buildings of the town demolished.

Soon thereafter, Jimmy and Lorrie got married, bought their own house, and had their first baby, Annie. A week before the second terrible date, Lorrie gave birth to their daughter...But not before being chased by the mad clown Beezo and demanded to give him their baby. They drove down a cliff, through a fierce winter chill, and then Jimmy risked being shot by the clown and Lorrie having her baby taken as "compensation" for their sending Beezo's son to prison. That wasn't the last, however, when on the day of the second dreadful date, their house had been deliberately torched to smitherins. A note was left saying that when they have a son, Beezo will come for him. During the years that followed that day, Jimmy and Lorrie bought the house next door to Jimmy's parents, had their second daughter, Lucy, and finally, a son, Andy.

The day before the third date, Beezo did come to take Andy. He entered Jimmy's house disguised as an FBI, and fooled both him and Lorrie. At the end of the day, Jimmy managed to save his children and kill Beezo, but Lorrie got gravely wounded. As it turned out, the worst that have happened during the third date was Lorrie's sterility because of the accident. On the fourth date, however, Annie was the one put into grave danger. She was diagnosed of cancer of the kidneys, and needs a transplant for her to survive. The only compatible donor was Punchinello, who initially refused but agreed to donate his kidney in the end, with the hope that Jimmy will kill Vivacemente, his aerealist grandfather, whom he thought as a wretched, slimmy pig. Annie survived, but Jimmy then found out that the worst that had happened that day was the his grandma Rowena had already passed away.

Eventually, the fifth and last dreadful date came. Vivacemente - whom Jimmy did not kill at all - offered Jimmy and Lorrie a hefty amount of cash in exchange for their son, Andy, whom he would train to be an aerealist. They refused of course, and Vivacemente shot Jimmy. Lorrie, who brought her own pistol, shot Vivacemente dead, despite the danger of being killed by his henchmen. However, the henchmen just laughed, along with the other aerealists, at Vivacemente's death (guess he was really a pig for them to laugh at his corpse). Jimmy was alive, of course - they had their Kevlar vests. At last, the five dates had passed, and as awkward as it may have seemed to Jimmy, his life was finally back to normal.

*stretches* Yaaah! That was long, but I couldn't help but share it to you guys. ^-^ I really love it. I hope to borrow a new book tomorrow at the library. There's one more book of Koontz there that I haven't read yet. And by the way, we watched Kung Fu panda and Jumper last weekend. They were so cool! I've already started playing Legend of Mana again as well, I'm yet to have my hands on a complete walkthrough. XD Or maybe not...

Aah, I'll leave it here already. It's too long. And I'm still depressed over my mouse. T-T Hwaaaah... Bye.

As Sweet as Strawberries...

Hello! ^-^ Nyaah...been long since my last post. Anyway, I finally got around and made a new layout (with its avatar)! It's my very first CCS layout and it's so cute! For me, that is. I just love the music. ^o^ I didn't know at first what to do with it, but as what always happens whenever I decided to create a layout, it just turns out as it turns out. ^^" Haha, talk about planning and everything. Actually, I wanted to make something with rain in it, any image in my collection. Ah...maybe next time.

I'm currently reading this book by Dean Koontz entitled Life Expectancy. I'm still in the early part of the story but it's already very interesting, not to mention really funny. It's about a lad named James "Jimmy" Tock whose grandfather, in his deathbed, predicted 5 terrible days throughout Jimmy's life. This is just another one of Koontz' books that I've read - I've read about 3 of his works already and loved them so much. When I graduate and finally earn enough money, I'll buy more, or perhaps, all of his novels as my collection. It's not just a plan; I'll make sure it happens. ^-^

It's been raining here for the past week. Not that I'm complaining, I actually love the weather we're having. The heat had become very unbearable lately. These past days, the cold weather had been like a soft and fluffy cushion that you can sleep on forever. ^-^ Haha, yeah...poor analogy. It's what I can think of at the moment. XP

Ooooh...and before I forgot, we had recently watched Alvin and the Chipmunks movie! It was soooo good! I love Theodore! Not only because he was voiced by Jesse McCartney but also because he was the cutest! X3 Oh my gosh, I wanted him as a pet! I recorded their songs (thanks to my Creative software) here in my notebook. Our little "PotPot", my baby cousin, really loved watching the movie too. I know she couldn't fully understand the movie but she got amused hearing the itty-bitty voices of the chipmunks. Then earlier I rented this movie entitled Seeker. There was a trailer of it included in the Chipmunk movie and I really got interested in it. I'll watch it tomorrow since we have no class tomorrow. YAY! ^-^

I've also been playing Neopets a lot recently. Hehe, nothing else to do. I'll introduce you to my Kacheek next time. Bye then!

Started to Realize...

CelestialStarNow, will you look at that... I've been gone for more than a month! Haha, oh well. I guess that's me; whenever I get lazy, I get really lazy. Nevertheless, since it's been a month since my last post, then you can well assume that this will be a pretty long post. ^-^ First off, school has started again, just as I have ranted on and on in my last post. There had been MAJOR changes in the schedule that I chose. Presently, I don't have any class during the mornings - it would be like that until September 8. So you can guess that I have a lot of free time in my hands. Haha, well, I spend that to make my homeworks and all, and to sleep! I'm as thin as a toothpick. -_-" I really want to have some additional fat to my body proportion. -_-" I eat a whole lot of food but I still stay thin. Waaah... Anyway, my classes often start at 3 in the afternoon until 7. At first I didn't like it that much, but then I got to watch the morning shows that I liked so it all was well for me. I always wake up at around 8:30 to watch Digimon Frontier and Cinderella. Not the fairy tale one - oh, of course it's a fairy tale - but it's a lot more better. The story's really cute. Before I also watched Pokemon and Romantic Princess, but I don't watch them now; I kinda got bored with them after a while.

MineSpeaking of Romantic Princess, Wu Chun and Calvin Chen came here! To the Philippines! Oh my gosh, I was screaming my lungs out while I watched them on T.V. It was too bad that Aaron and Jiro weren't with them, but Calvin said in an interview that they would certainly want to come back here and visit again, and this time, with Jiro and Aaron! I really hope they have a concert here. I'll go no matter what! They appeared in about 4 shows and even sang Xin Wo. There's just this thing about Wu Chun getting so much more attention than Calvin and it really pissed me off. I don't hate Wu, it's just that he already had the spotlight here since he had the lead role in Hana Kimi and Romantic Princess; that doesn't mean they'd leave Calvin behind! They're so biased! Urrgh... Still, It started with a kiss 2 is going to air here in two weeks time, and I'll be able to watch Jiro again! Hurray! ^-^

Shutter Graphics had a major revision. Click here to see. Bez has a website now too, and we're sister sites now. Haha... The new layout is Iframe; really took me long to finish. But when I did I realized that it was a whole lot easier to use than DIV frames, so I;m sticking with it! ^-^ I created more avatars and wallpapers too. It was really fun. I wasn't able to upload it all in one go because a storm came and the internet connection encountered a problem, but it's all up and running now. Hope you like it! ^-^

CelestiaStarOoooh...and I now have a CD of Cardcaptor Sakura Movie 2, it was so romantic! Oh, I cried a lot in the end. I really loved Tomoyo's evil laugh (and am even trying to mimic it). There's a small booth in our school that sells books and Anime CDs as well, and that's where I bought it. I'm still deciding what to buy next... ^^" Haha, I try to save my allowance but can't help but spend it whenever I see anything Anime-related. I guess I'd never grow out of that one. ^^" I've also been loving When you look me in the Eyes by Jonas Brothers. Joe's voice really got to me. I'm still trying to find more of their songs.

I think I'd be changing this layout in a few days as well. But I'll be stickin' to the code. It works well both with Firefox and IE (I think) unlike the past layouts I've had.

Prelims are on Thursday and Friday. So far, the lessons I've had this sem were...tolerable. ^^" Haha, and since I've got a lot of free time, I don't have to worry about deadlines too much. I just hope I'd be able to get high grades this prelims. This Friday is also my baby cousin's first birthday. We call her PotPot, she has this cute little puffy cheeks that you can't just help but squeeze! ^-^ We're going to go swimming on Sunday too, and Jollibee's gonna come. Hehe, we all plan to push him into the pool when we get the chance. ^o^ (evil laugh)

I guess that's about it. Hm...about the title...it's just something that I've encountered frequently this past month. I realized many stuff about myself. Ah...they're not that much, just petty stuff. ^-^ Anyway, I told you it will be long! I'll see you around then!

Miracles can't happen if you hesitate...

The title was a part of the lyrics of Stay with you by Fei Lun Hai...as usual. ^-^ It's a really nice song; if I heard it for the first time without the knowledge of Fahrenheit's existence, I could have easily mistaken them for a Japanese group since the song was sung in Japanese.  My brother really liked listening to and watching Stay with you's music video. We both stayed up until early this morning (I think that was until 2 am) watching it at YouTube. Up to now, we've already watched about...seven. Yeah, I think that's right: seven. I'm currently watching Xiao Xiao Da Ren Wu's music video, and Jiro's parts are really funny. ^-^ I have also managed to make my very first Fahrenheit wallpaper. Banzai! Haha, it's just a simple piece, but I really like it. I think I'd put it up on my site later. Below are the links to some of their videos:

one || two || three || four || five

And I have a really good news! Remember that exam that I was talking about? Well, we had it yesterday and I passed! I'm so glad that I did. Now I am an official "Caregiver"! XD Haha...I know it's not something that most people will brag about but I really am proud of what I have achieved. Of course, I didn't do it by myself. I always had God beside me during the examination. If it wasn't for Him, I wouldn't have been able to do anything. There were times that my mind got totally blank and I wasn't able to answer some of the instructor's questions, but in the end everything still turned out all right. And all I did was pray and have faith. ^-^ Besides, there goes my first year of college life. Despite my complaints, I'm still very happy that I succeeded on my first year. That was no small feat! I'm very thankful to God that even though most of the people around me ended up quitting, I still got through. And...I also made my Dad happy. That's one reward that I really appreciated for my hard work. =)

Now enough with this sentimental blabber; I have only one day left before school starts again. Naturally, this year would be more difficult. But I'll try my best! ^-^ Nothing will happen if you hesitate, ne? Ja.
